These terms govern your use of pk135. Use of this platform constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use pk135. Proof of age through valid CNIC or equivalent identity document is required at verification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in line with applicable regulations.
All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk135 supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major card networks. Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed the same business day. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player") and pk135 ("the Company"). Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1.1 By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the pk135 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or accessing pk135 Casino games — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all persons who interact with the pk135 platform, whether as registered account holders or as unregistered visitors. References to "you" or "the Player" throughout this document refer to any such person.
1.3 pk135 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address associated with their account, and the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
1.4 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other document or communication issued by pk135, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by pk135.
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the pk135 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally, regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction in which a player may be located. pk135 is committed to preventing underage gambling.
2.2 Identity Verification. pk135 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification — including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.
2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pk135 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. pk135 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are not entitled to claim winnings in circumstances where their use of the platform is determined to be unlawful.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with pk135. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 To access the full functionality of the pk135 platform — including placing bets, participating in pk135 Casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must first register a player account via the pk135 Login page.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure without notice.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk135 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
3.4 pk135 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA provides an additional layer of security, pk135 cannot guarantee that any security measure will be completely effective against all forms of unauthorised access.
3.5 pk135 reserves the right to decline any account registration application, or to close any existing account, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on pk135 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk135 maintains a native PKR wallet to eliminate currency conversion complications for players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and elsewhere in Pakistan.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pk135 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at pk135's discretion.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may be updated without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving financial institution. pk135 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. pk135 reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal request. Requests may be suspended pending the outcome of such checks. Players are required to cooperate fully with any verification request.
4.6 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your pk135 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. pk135 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
4.7 Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
5.1 pk135 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the individual offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of all pending bonus funds.
5.3 One Offer Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotions are limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address. pk135 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a bonus has been claimed in accordance with this policy.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. pk135 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing hedging bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and using third-party software to systematically exploit promotional structures. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account closed and all balances — including deposited funds — forfeited.
5.5 pk135 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where technical errors or unforeseen circumstances affect the integrity of an offer.
6.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on pk135 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void at pk135's discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors at the time of bet placement, manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, match abandonment, or where pk135 determines that a bet was placed in circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
6.3 Cricket & PSL Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments, are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published on the cricket section of pk135. In-play market decisions are final once settled, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in clause 13.
6.4 Live Casino. All live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. Results are final once the round has been concluded and confirmed by the dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, bets already confirmed by the system prior to disconnection stand and will be settled according to the game result.
6.5 Slot Games. All slot titles available on pk135 operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Malfunction of any game voids all associated pays and play. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific return to an individual player during any given session.
6.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. pk135 reserves the right to apply individual account limits where warranted by risk management considerations.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk135 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:
Anti-Money Laundering: pk135 is legally required to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities. All accounts are subject to ongoing transaction monitoring. Cooperation with any AML investigation is a condition of holding a pk135 account.
8.1 All content on the pk135 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of pk135 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk135 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works from platform content; use any content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pk135.
8.3 The pk135 name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of pk135. Unauthorised use of any pk135 trade mark is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk135 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
9.2 pk135 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk135 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime or service interruption.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes pk135's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that pk135 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the platform. You are solely responsible for the gambling decisions you make.
10.1 pk135 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the pk135 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 pk135 may share your personal data with third parties where required to do so by law, regulation, or court order; where necessary to process payments; where required for KYC and AML compliance purposes; or where you have provided explicit consent.

12.2 The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.
12.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms & Conditions, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk135's international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under that licensing framework.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or any other platform transaction, you must first raise the matter with pk135's customer support team via Live Chat or email. pk135 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with pk135's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licensing authority.
13.3 Any dispute must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
